He developed a plan that you can plug into your schedule, and will ensure that you are more than fit for whatever adventures come your way.

Shane’s 2022 TDY goal was to further and build a base so that he could compete for a podium finish in a Carolina’s gravel race in 2023. Well, by the end of his 10th day of TDY he was in the best shape of his life, and went on to take first place a year ahead of schedule!
